My Top 10 Uses for 3D Printed Products

Hi! I’m Stacy, the maker behind Rosieco. I started 3D printing as a creative outlet, but it quickly turned into something more—something that could bring joy, calm, and a little bit of fun to people of all ages.
Over time, I’ve discovered just how useful 3D printed products can be, especially my sensory and fidget toys. So here are 10 reasons I absolutely love making them (and why you might love having them too!):

One of my favourite things about 3D printing is being able to make fun, one-of-a-kind characters you don’t find in stores. Axolotls, dragons, rainbow snakes... if you can imagine it, I’ll probably try to print it.

Mini and tiny fidgets fit right into school bags, pencil cases, or even your pocket. Easy to carry = instant calm on the go.
5. They make super fun gifts
If you're after a unique gift for birthdays, holidays, or just because, these are always a hit. Cute, affordable, and something they haven’t seen before!
6. They're eco-friendlier than mass-produced toys
I use PLA filament, which is made from corn and is biodegradable. Plus, 3D printing means very little waste—I only print what I need, when I need it.
7. They’re great for learning and play
Articulated toys are a fun way for kids to learn about movement and design. Bonus points if they’re also playing quietly at the same time 😄
8. They’re perfect desk buddies

I don’t use glue for eyes or limbs—my prints are made in one piece where possible, using strong filament that holds up to lots of play.
